Sørvær church stands in Sørvær on the South Island in Hasvik municipality in Finnmark, and is a long church from 1968. The architect for the building was Sverre Flåto. The chapel has seating for about 100 persons.
There has been a church in Sørvær also further back in time. The first time one finds Sørvær-church mentioned in sources in 1589. This church was demolished in 1697 after it had matured over time and damaged by stormy weather.
